THE APARTMENT

Our spacious one bedroom apartment is in a quaint 20 unit Historic MIMO/Art Deco building and is fully furnished with a queen size bed, linens, including beach towels & mats, and full kitchen (no microwave)including a cozy breakfast nook. 

You will have your own private patio with a hammock for relaxing and a mini refridge for your beverages.

Enjoy our extensive Lesbian record collection, VCRs and books. Sorry, No cable or wifi.

There is free covered parking and free laundry facilities on the premises.

You are directly across from the Ocean with a private gated entrance and walking distance to the Bal Harbour shops and Surfside community's restaurants and grocery stores.  You are just 10 minutes from South Beach.

Your own free courtesy bus for your shopping and sightseeing needs is just out your front door.

Come enjoy friendly hostesses in a welcoming atmosphere. We are for wimmin-only, no pets, no smoking.

Rates: $150 per night for two, two night minimum. 20% discount on 10 or more nights. Other discounts available.
Monthly rates negotiable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when making your reservation. Balance due 3 days before arrival. We do not issue refunds for early departures.

LOVE TO GO CAMPING?

From October 1 to May 1, as a courtesy to our sisters who enjoy the outdoors and are on their way to the Everglades or the Keys,  we invite you to pitch your tent under the trees in our woodsy private backyard at our Miami home complete with: 
  tent platform
  fire circle
  hammock
  electrical outlet
  hot & cold water
  ice chests
  table and chairs

We're a bit of the 'cuntree' in the city ...close to major expressways, transportation and beaches while offering peaceful surroundings in a multi-cultural,  multi-racial neighborhood. Racists need not come.

Our camping fee is $20 per tent per night  - stays limited to 3 nights only - no drop-ins - indoor kitchen is off limits - indoor bathroom & shower always available - vegetarian cooking only - no in-house storage of any items - no pets - there are cats & chickens on the land - we are wimmin only space. We suggest you remember to pack tarps, insect repellent and sunscreen.
