KEEPING WELL

A LESBIANIC WAY OF LOOKING AT KEEPING WELL
OF BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT. (LAUGH WAY TO  MUCH)
Everything we say here we believe and know to be so.

This page is dedicated to wimmin everywhere in the name of GOOD HEALTH and KEEPING WELL and is inspired by the following Brujas:

Billie P. Bairbre B. Gigi K. And Joan D.

Thank you very much for your willingness to share your wisdom and knowledge on good health and well being. Each one of you has been a personal inspiration to both Maryanne and  Louise, and we know that you have been and still are an inspiration to many others.

We encourage each womon to become aware of what naturally heals her and would love you to encourage that kind of courage in other wimmin.

AND WHATEVER YOU DO, REMEMBER NO GMO.NO MONSANTO. DO NOT BUY MONSANTO PRODUCTS. NOT ONE PENNY TO MONSANTO. NO GMO. NO MONSANTO.

This information will be changed with the changing of the Seasons

So the season changes again from  Fall  to Winter, your practice of de-toxing of body  now comes to a close. With the onset of  Winter you willl notice that your eating patterns change. There is a desire for heavier foods, foods that seem to keep us feeling full, warm, and comfortable.  You have become acutely aware of how important consistancy is,and what once seemed difficult is not really that hard. You have also become acutely aware of how important forgiving yourself when, you've fudged some, and how great you feel when you positive stroke yourself and extend this action to others.

So now what?

Finding a path to Simplicity and Solitude is paramount to being Happy.

To Begin:NOW let us start with foods for THE MIND and SPIRIT.

in particular breaking the fast.

 BREAKFAST:

WE HAVE COME TO DEFINE BREAKFAST AS:WHAT WE DO BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT - WISE TO BEGIN OUR DAY.

Break the mind fast with:

5 mins., of  deep breathing from the solar plexis.

Allowing yourself at least 15 mins., of Solitude.

Make an effort to release thoughts from your head for 10 mins.,during the run of the day.

Break the spirit fast with 5 mins.,of quiet, a day.

Focus on Simplicity in your way of living.

Spend 5mins., a day looking at something in nature.( a leaf, an animal, human or other, water, etc.)

Spend time receiving and giving gratitude.

Break the body fast with :

A glass of good water, a sound and healthy morning elimination, and, a balanced food breakfast.

Eliminate the animal or animal products in you first food meal of the day.

How about a mix of nuts and raisins, goji berries and fresh fruit, soy yogurt with fresh fruit,multi-grain breads, your favorite healthy cereal with soy or rice milk?

The surroundings around you when you eat, what are they about? Too much light,?dark? noise?motion? Odors too strong? not enough? Colors too dark? bright? busy?non-existent? Check all this out -these will influence not only how you eat, but how you eat what you eat.

Do you like to eat your first meal alone? with some one? outside? inside? and how often do you do this?

As simple as these sound they will have a profound effect on  maintaining good health of body, mind, and spirit.

NOW PUT ON YOUR DYKE SHOES ,GRAB THE MOMENT,DAY AND  NIGHT,FLY YOUR FREAK FLAG HIGH.

REST,  REPLENISH, GOOD DIET, EXERCISE, AND BREATHING DEEP in combination or alone will relieve pain. LAUGH A LOT.

NOW TO BEGIN:

FOODS THAT STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM;

1.Leafy greens:collards, kale, chards,spinach, beet greens, broccoli.

2. Fresh Fruits: Apples, oranges, grapes, pears, mangos, melons, lychees, and the list goes on and on.

2.Deep Breathing from the solar plexis at least 5 mins., a day.

On the vitamins: The daily requirement is 1,000 RE for Vitamin A 60 mg. - that = 1 Carrot, for Vitamin C = 1 orange, for vitamin E 8-10 mg.= 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil .

4. STRENGTHEN YOUR THYMUS GLAND:

Remember the Thymus gland regulates the Immune System which is largely composed of Lymphatic Tissue: By doing the old beat the chest number, gently tap on you chest right at the bottom of your breast bone.

FOODS AND HERBS,THAT STRENGTHEN THE THYMUS GLAND.

Puesta by Paty

Flotando by patyTIPS FOR SIMPLIFYING YOUR LIFE  FOR KEEPING WELL! For many, life is a hodgepodge
of never-ending commitments.
Yet few of us can be truly healthy or happy  without regular periods of downtime.
While there is nothing inherently wrong with busyness,
those of us who over-commit or over-extend ourselves
potentially face exhaustion and burnout.
When you feel overwhelmed by your commitments,
examining your motivation
for taking on so many obligations
can help you understand
why you feel compelled
to do so much.
You may discover that you are being driven
by fear
that no one else will do the job
or guilt
that you aren’t doing enough.
To regain your equilibrium
and clear the clutter from your calendar,
simplify your life
by establishing limits regarding
what you will and will not do
based on your personal priorities.
Determining where your priorities lie
can be as easy as making two lists:
one that outlines all those obligations
that are vital to your wellbeing,
such as work, meditation, and exercise,
and another that describes everything you do
that is not directly related to your wellbeing.

Although there will likely be items in the latter list
that excite your passion or bring you joy,
you may discover that you devote
a large portion of your time
to unnecessary activities.
To simplify your schedule,
consider which of these
unnecessary activities
add little value to your life
and edit them from your agenda.
Remember that you may need to ask for help,
say no firmly,
or delegate responsibility
in order to distance yourself
from such encumbrances.
However, as you divest yourself
of non-vital obligations that cause you stress,
serve no purpose,
or rob you of opportunities to refresh yourself,
you will feel more energetic
and enthusiastic about life in general.
If simplifying your schedule
seems prohibitively difficult
and you still feel pressed to take on more,
try imagining how each new commitment
will impact your life
before saying yes.
When you consider the hassle
associated with superfluous obligations,
you may be surprised to see
that your schedule is impeding your attempts
to grow as an individual.
Your willingness to pare down your agenda,
no matter how gradual your progress,
will empower you to retake active control
of the life that defines you.
